Effect of transplantation of the spleen lymphocytes in the development of type 1 diabetes
Abstract
The paper presents data on transplantation of splenocytes of rats with type 1 diabetes to genetically healthy animals that have been generated syndrome, appropriate clinical, biochemical and histological manifestations of the disease. Experimentally proved the existence of the transfer immune information in the formation of type 1 diabetes in animals.
