Abstract
Endogenous polyamines (putrescine, spermidine, & spermine) plays an important role in the process
of ongoing myocardial injury in the regenerative & plastic heart failure. One of the possible mechanisms
of β-blockers induced cardioprotection in the failing heart is their modulation effect on the polyamines
metabolism. Cardioselective β1-blocker nebivolol is shown to partially normalize an essentially disturbed
myocardial level of putrescine, spermidine & spermine in adriamycin-induced regenerative & plastic heart

Abstract
In article the possible reasons of the lowered body temperature and rather low level metabolism of hairless
rats in comparison with rats with a normal hair coat and hybrid rats are analyzed. Possibly, at the given animals
deprived of a hair coat, it is connected with necessity of decrease of heat losses that forces them to move
less and more often to wash to be warmed. The specified facts do these animals attractive as models for any
biomedical researches.

Abstract
The effect of gamma irradiation therapy on the collagen structure of rat tail tendon has been studied.
The decrease in the denaturation enthalpy and increase in trypsin susceptibility was related with a damage of
triple helical macromolecules (19±7%). Destabilized collagen fraction and the alteration in biopolymers-water
interaction were observed by differential scanning calorimetry. The loosing of secondary and tertiary fiber
bundles was revealed by second harmonic generation microscopy. No significant degradation of anisotropic
properties and tissue architectonics was revealed by cross-polarization optical coherent tomography technique.

Abstract
Electrochemical method for analysis of Escherichia coli strain JM109 by cyclic voltammetry and square
wave voltammetry was developed. Based on the electrochemical activity of bacterial cells a system for
determining the sensitivity of microbiological material to antibiotics was proposed. Electrochemical method
provides data on antibiotic resistance of E.coli JM109 cells for 2-5 hours.

In collection fund of Scientific Center of biomedical technologies under the RAMS mutant strain C57BL/
Ks-Leprdb+/+m mice is supporting, homozygote of these mice is adequate model of pancreatic diabetes II type.
The special feature is that homozygote of both sex are infertile. Strain is supporting by heterozygote crossing.
Mutant recessive gene misty promotes heterozygote selection. This gene in homozygote status refines mice
hair color. As the result of crossingover marker gene was lost, and selection of heterozygote by external
indication became impossible. Renewal of marker gene misty in genome of C57BL/Ks-Leprdb+/+m mice strain
is the aim of this work. Gene misty was transfer from strain MLR/Y in genome C57BL/Ks-Leprdb+ strain by
standard genetics and selection methods, so the name of strain C57BL/Ks-Leprdb+/+m was return back.

Abstract
On the base of EEG spectral analysis we've studied the effects of piracetam and its combination with
melaxen in the conditions of cerebral blood flow disturbance in a rat model of global cerebral ischemia. It was
established, that preventive usage of piracetam & melaxen combination significantly reduces the degree of
circulatory ischemia adverse effects on the functional state of the rat brain. The obtained results can be used in
clinical practice for the treatment of ischemic and neurodegenerative brain diseases.

Abstract
Effects of intravenous administration of the novel antiparkinsonian drug hemantane and the combination
of hemantane with levodopa were assessed on the model of catalepsy induced by haloperidol in rats. It was
shown that catalepsy induced by haloperidol significantly antagonized by intravenous injection of hemantane
5 mg/kg. Combination of hemantane with levodopa increased the anticataleptic activity of levodopa. Akinetic
state was induced by low dose of haloperidol (0,1 mg/kg) in С57BL/6 with parkinsonian syndrome induced
by neurotoxin MPTP. It was shown that hemantane 5 mg/kg, intravenous, had pronounced antiakinetic and
anticataleptic activity on this model.

Long-tern course of treatment with an antracycline antibiotic adriamycin induces a pronounced cardio-
toxic reaction with a development of specific manifestations of regenerative & plastic heart failure in rats.

Abstract
Using model of focal brain ischemia in males of CD rats, neuroprotective properties of peptide COG1410,
with sequence of ApoE receptor-binding domen were investigated. Brain ischemia was performed by
intralumenal occlusion of middle cerebral artery with further reperfusion. Peptide was injected intravenously
30 minutes after reperfusion. For 35 days the coordination and balance of animals, and also locomotor
asymmetry were tested. In the serial slices of brain, the infarction volume was calculated. Animals, treated
with COG1410, showed reliable improvement of motor functions and reduction of infarction volume of the
affected hemisphere.

indirect bilirubine blood content, aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase activity. Paracetamol uncoupled
