Особенности системы биотрансформации лекарственных средств в фетоплацентарном комплексе

Аннотация

В аналитическом обзоре представлены и обсуждаются молекулярные механизмы эволю
ции экспрессии ферментов I и II фазы системы биотрансформации ксенобиотиков у плода
и в плаценте. В настоящее время понимание и знание метаболизма лекарственных средств
в материнско плацентарно плодном комплексе, факторов, оказывающих влияние на эти
процессы, имеет первостепенное значение в оценке соотношения польза/риск примене
ния лекарственных средств как для материнского организма, так и для плода на протяже
нии всей беременности.
