Abstract
The paper considers the problem of constructing mathematical models of current distribution in transcranial, give an estimate of the coefficient of current flowing in the brain tissue. It has been described construction of the model, in general, and related difficulties, a simplified model, and discussed various aspects of its application. Key words: neurostimulation, transcranial direct current stimulation, mathematical modeling.

Abstract
Chelated zinc, magnesium, manganese, cobalt, iodine, iron, and mixtures thereof in various doses were investigated in the acute toxicity experiment. These compounds may be used as components for sports nutrition product "MioActive-Sport". Toxicity effect was showed as individual chelating compounds and mixtures thereof in the laboratory experiment outbred mice at doses many times exceeding the therapeutic. Found that the 100-500-fold excess of a therapeutic dose of chelates exhibit some toxic effects observed at this competition clearly vital micronutrient absorption by the gastrointestinal tract. Key words: MioActive-Sport, chelates, mice, acute toxicity.

Abstract
The paper describes the methodological approaches to production of antispecies antisera. Convenient patterns of immunization of different species of laboratory animals are proposed, i.e. rabbits, mini-pigs, and rats. The titers of antisera were determined by an indirect method of the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). These titers were 1 : 512000 for the rabbit anti-pig antsera, 1 : 250000 for the pig anti-rabbit antisera, 1 : 128000 for the rat anti-rabbit antisera, and 1 : 12800 for the rat anti-pig antisera.

Abstract
In this article were shown the results of monoand combination therapy with antiinflammatory .-blockers in rats with experimental bronchial asthma. It is observed, morphological changes in the lungs, revealed changes in the density of .-adrenergic receptors by the action of basis antiinflammatory therapy. It was found that the selective .-blockers in animals with experimental asthma, inhalation or oral administration does not increase the severity of inflammatory change equations in the broncho-pulmonary tree. On top of basis therapy of bronchial asthma, with the additional use of .-adrenoblockers density of .-adrenergic receptors does not decrease, but also has a tendency to increase. Thus, it seems perspective to further researching the possibility of application, efficacy and safety of combined use of .-adrenoblockers with basic treatment of asthma, in patients with asthma and in patients with combined cardio-pulmonary pathology.

The injection of alloxan in a dose of 100 mg/kg in a ventral sine of river crayfish leads to violation of structure of R-cages of hepatopancreas. The increase of glucose content in a hemolymph is noted.

Abstract
The work presents the data which were obtained in the experimental study of the regulatory action of the synthetic analog of melatonin – melaxen – on the functioning of the thrombocytes under conditions of hypoand hyperaggregation. Hypoaggregation`s model of the thrombocytes dysfunction induced by introduction of acetylsalicylic acid (per os in dose of 20 mg/kg). Hyperaggregation was caused by the intraperitoneal injection of 0.1 ml of a 10% solution of calcium chloride. We studied the activity of melaxen in doses of 1 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg. In our experimental work was found that melaxen in dose 1 mg/kg has correcting capability, reducing dysfunction of the thrombocytes which formed in experimental hypoand hyperaggregation.

Abstract
Exposure to ionizing radiation leads to exhaustion of the pool of stem cells, increases differentiated cell stress, and activated reparation and apoptosis processes. Apart from well-documented acute effects, radiotherapy leads to delayed effects manifesting in few years after successful treatment. The aim of our study was the development of a test battery for evaluation of irradiation aftereffects in organisms characterized by different radiosensitivity. In C3H/Sn and 101/Hf mice, light scattering spectrum was shifted towards small particles, while in C57BL mice increased contribution of large particles was observed. In 3 weeks, a shift towards larger particles was recorded in all three mouse strains, but its degree varied. By week 6, the histograms approached the control. Histological study showed that the incidence of severe injuries in the liver increased by the end of the experiment in C57BL mice (but not in other mouse strains). The same shifts were observed in the pancreas and an opposite tendency was seen in the spleen. Thus, C57BL mice responded to irradiation later that C3H/Sn and 101/Hf mice, but demonstrated high adaptation capacity. C3H/Sn mice best of all recovered from the radiation crisis.

Abstract
In this paper we have showed that actors as opposed to artists can evoke an increase of the alpha rhythm in frontal lobe in the process of training with visual and sound stimulus much better. It can be explained probably because actors must control their emotions in compliance with drama they play, but artists in their work are usually trying to get maximum emotional directness. So training for ability of alpha rhythmic self-control may be useful in drafting and training actors and other specialists who need to control their psychofunctional condition during their work.

Abstract
In this work we studied the effect of synthetic antioxidant emoxipine on the behavior of male rats at the different stages of postnatal ontogenesis in the condition of immobilization stress. Emoxipine is showed the psychomodulating action, eliminating the stress-induced depressive disorders in animal behavior.

Abstract
In an everyday life people meet a large number of xenobiotics among which the most frequent for us are medicines. The system of biotransformation of xenobiotics allows by means of reactions of I and the II phase provide a metabolism of alien substances and their elimination. Bioprocesses of transformation of xenobiotics in children proceed less actively that is caused by functional, physiological immaturity of fermental systems of a liver. In this situation the search of noninvasive, simple and available to broad application methods of an assessment of detoxifying function of liver, for example, such as activity research glutathione, a part glutathionetransferase is actual.

Abstract
The preclinical testing of laser spectral-fluorescence colposcope developed for autofluorescence detection of cervical neoplasia has been performed using experimental mice tumor. The capability to detect malignant lesions has been tested before (by autofluorescence) and three hours after the injection of a chlorine-based photosensitizer. It was shown that technical solutions which have been implemented in this equipment are adequate for detection of both endogenous (autofluorescence) and exogenous fluorescence contrast between a malignant lesion and normal tissue. High quality fluorescence imaging and excellent reproducibility of local spectral fluorescence measurements are promising for further applications of this equipment for fluorescence diagnosis and in course of photodynamic therapy of cancer in gynecology.
