Abstract
Aladyshkina The purpose of the work has consisted in comparative studying acute toxicity, cumulative activity of a new organic oxovanadium (IV) complex bis{tret-butyl[amino(imino)methyl]carbamato}oxydovanadium (IV) (BAMK) and his ligand tret-butoxycarbonylguanidine (BKG) and to the estimation of their influence on morphology of internals in comparison with vanadyl sulfate. Values of LD50 for the BAMK, BKG and vanadyl sulfate has averaged 178 mg / kg, 1003 mg / kg and 407 mg / kg correspondingly. According to the scale of Hodge and Sterner it is possible to attribute BAMK and BKG as the compounds with moderately toxic substances, and BKG – as compound with low toxicity. Because of research cumulation activity it has been shown, those БАМК and vanadyl sulfate have high cumulative activity, and BKG does not cumulate in internals of animals.

Abstract
The method of a nuclear and absorbing spectrometry studied the content of calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, manganese and zinc in fabrics of laboratory animals at levels of food consumption, equals to 100, 120 and 140% from daily requirement. Statistical regularities of their distribution in tissues depending on level of the concentration of metals in blood are revealed.

Abstract
The most actual aspects of application in various areas of medicine of modern biomedical technology – platelet-rich plasma are reflected in article. In the last decade is celebrated significant increase in interest to this biotechnology that is caused by its high efficiency at high level of safety and low prime cost. Now platelet-rich plasma actively it is applied in surgery, stomatology, traumatology and orthopedics, sports medicine, cosmetology and dermatology, a combustiology. At the same time apparent defect of an assessment of application efficiency and the remote results autoplasm from the point of view of evidential medicine is still noted. Platelet-rich plasma possesses a number of useful properties: accelerates processes of regeneration of fabrics, anti-inflammatory effect, decrease in a pain syndrome that opens still big prospects for application in surgery, traumatology.

Abstract
Presents the statistical characteristics of the biological model of acute hypobaric hypoxia in small laboratory animals. It is shown that the lifetime of the animals at a critical height does not obey the laws of the normal distribution and do not fully reflect the needs of pharmacology for the evaluation of the neuroprotective and antihypoxant activity of medicines. High-altitude threshold and a points-based assessment of individual resistance to hypoxia are more adequate (according to the statistical characteristics) markers of resistance to hypoxia of biomodels.

Abstract
Ablyation of biofabric the radiation of CO2 of the laser now the most effective and perspective physical mechanism for elimination of pathological changes, including cicatricial deformation, integuments. In experimental work of in vivo on integuments of mini-pigs of Svetlogorsk population on the basis of the analysis of comparative histologic research it was defined that efficiency and a pretsizionnost of an ablyation is much higher for pulse and periodic CO2 of the laser lasting impulse of 20 microsec and capacity in an impulse more than 2 kW, the maximum preservation of viability of fabrics on the periphery and progressive dynamics of regeneration of ablative wounds, and radiation of continuous CO2 of the laser with a power of 50 W and lasting impulse of 500 microsec is thus provided and even 200 microsec cause bigger thermal damage of the fabrics surrounding a zone of influence is considerable. Thus, this experimental work at fabric level confirmed uniqueness and efficiency of a laser ablyation of integuments with the radiation of pulse and periodic CO2 of the laser lasting impulse of 20 microsec and prospect of application of a laser dermabraziya realized by it in clinical practice for elimination of pathological changes of integuments, including cicatricial deformation.

Abstract
In a mature monolayer adipocits, large spherical reflecting cages, did a scraper acellular paths of 1-5 mm of width. The flat spindle-shaped light-absorbing cages migrating from borders of paths, covered them with a monolayer in 8-10 days. The new monolayer is morphologically stable within several weeks after education and is sharply other than the old – its cage flat and dark, without reflecting inclusions (fatty drops). If to an adipotsitarny monolayer with the dug acellular paths to add mouse embryonic stem cells (MESK), the new monolayer which was formed to 6-7 day contains brilliant points, and by 15-20 day turns into a continuous brilliant carpet young адипоцитов, filled on the periphery of each cage tsirkulyarno the located small reflecting lipidic droplets. The question of a true or inductive differentiation, as to the reason of this phenomenon is discussed.

Abstract
Histological, gisto- and immunohistochemistry, electron-microscopic research methods shown that subcutaneous introduction experimental animal dispersed xenogenic biomaterial, treated according to the Alloplant® technology , can serve as an experimental model for the induction of processes of chronic inflammation and fibrosis (scarring) in the tissues. It is established, that xenogeneic gore will disable the functional ability of macrophages, resulting in the tissues of developing chronic inflammation of the type of delayed hypersensitivity type. In healing the hearth of damage processes are unbalanced fibrosis with the formation of the rough fibrous scar.

Abstract
A comparison of ECG parameters of mini-pigs cardiac works under normal conditional of stay in the laboratory and in stress-induced tachycardia exercise. It is shown that the reconstruction of the heart mini-pigs in stress-induced tachycardia is not fundamentally different from that in humans tuning that allows us to consider a mini-pigs adequate biological model to assess the effects of pharmacological agents on the heart during various modeling studies of short-term pathological processes.

In article analyzes the possibility of modeling in animals results of physical methods of modulation and diagnosis of the functional state of the nervous system. The analysis is based on a two-dimensional vector model of the functional state of the nervous system of animals. This model is analogous to a three-dimensional vector model of the functional state of the human nervous system, which excluded coordinate the focus of attention of the second signal system because of its lack of an animal.

Abstract
Previously explored vitamins and vitamin-like substances act as a means of regulating the biotransformation and pharmacological actions of drugs by altering the activity of the cytochrome P-450 3A4. To investigate the catalytic activity of the cytochromes P450 can be applied to the electrochemical system. Appointment of P450 inducers, which are antioxidants (including taurine), possibly leading to a leveling blocking effect of macrolides (Clarithromycin) and improve the efficiency and safety of care, which requires further research.

Abstract
Article is devoted to studying of influence of a special product for sport nutrition “MioActivForsag” pharmaceutical on resistance of an organism of WAG/GY rats to a sharp hypobaric hypoxia. As a result of the conducted research it is established that “MioActivForsag” caused high resistance of experimental animals to a sharp hypobaric hypoxia which was expressed in essential extension of life at "height", having exceeded (several times) indicators of analogs from control group. Antihypoxant activity works at least 7 days after the termination of its introduction.
