Abstract
It is shown that most fully the hypoxia of physical activity is reflected by an indicator of a specific oxygen deficit (the maximum oxygen debt divided into 1000 J of the performed work) in research on healthy athletes of a track and field athletics profile. When modeling a hypoxia of loading at large laboratory animals (Svetlogorsk population of mini-pigs) direct registration of the arising oxygen deficit is technically difficult feasible, and excess tachycardia and a hyperlactate of the post working period can be its indirect signs.

Abstract
The research presents the experimental simulation of type 1 diabetes in rats. The dose and method of introduction streptozotocine, and incomplete Freund's adjuvant for type 1 diabetes were proposed for animals that are not genetically predisposed to the development of autoimmune diseases.

Abstract
Rheological properties of blood was studied at test models reproducing the conditions with changes of antidiuretic component activity, water balance regulation by constant water loading and injection of ADH analogue - desmopressin. It was shown that in conditions of considerable functional tension, ADH promotes the development of general non specific blood stress-reaction of adaptive character. Possible mechanism of hemorheological alterations with ADH participation is discussed.

Abstract
The results of this study shows an estimation of the development of tubercular process on the model of guinea pigs infected mycobacterium submitted to mutations on the RD-1 region. It was established, that the infectious process, based on the hematological parameters, differs from animals infected with M. bovis to animals infected with M. avium.

Abstract
The influence of MioAсtive on hormonal status of rats WAG/GY line and mini-pigs svetlogorskaya population was studied. All animals had elevated levels of insulin, a tendency to increase the level of cortisol and serotonin, and testosterone in blood of male mini-pigs. In female rats the content of the latter hormone remains constant throughout the experiment. These hormonal changes indicate an improvement in muscle energyand the increase of efficiency and endurance of estradiol, the normal flow of the sexual cycle and gonads in animals. These effects remain, at least for 7 days after the end of consumption of the composition.

The results of practice using of ovulation stimulation model, saved by the patent of Russian Federation, are analyzed. It is showed, that ovulated oocytes of sturgeon in result of combined action of carp hypophysis suspention and syntetical preparation «Surfagon» are physiological full. In spite of smaller measurement they can successfully be used as for reproduction or for production of food black caviar.

Abstract
The structure of the chyme of the gastrointestinal tract and the mechanisms of its formation were studied in experiments on different classes of vertebrates. The authors have developed a technique of separation the chyme to endogenous and exogenous formations to determine the ratio of these chyme formations in different parts of the gastrointestinal tract of said animal. Found that chyme weight at 85-99% consists of hydrated cavitary mucus complex composition, which was named "a dense endogenous fraction" (DEF), and 1-16% of the food particles. The authors hypothesize that DEF plays an important role in texturing the structure of the chyme and is the main endogenous formation of organizing luminal hydrolysis and provide directional movement of nutrients to the apical surface of enterocytes.

Abstract
In experiments on mini pigs investigated the dynamics of the activity of alkaline phosphatase in the intestinal wall and the chyme all intestine. In animals after slaughter took the intestinal wall from which was isolated mucosa and mucous overlay, as well as the chyme, which was divided into dense endogenous fraction and soluble fraction . In all samples was determined by the activity of alkaline phosphatase. Research discovered the enzyme activity in the chyme and the wall of the intestine of all departments of the intestine. In the wall of the intestine higher enzyme activity was observed in mucous overlays a thin intestine. In the chyme of all intestine detected by alkaline phosphatase activity. Fractions chyme enzyme activity was not evenly distributed. Most activity was observed in the dense endogenous fraction .

Abstract
Model experiment showed that introduction thresh a carp of per os paracetamol in a dose of 15 g/kg causes liver pathology. Paracetamol mix from 50% alcohol was caused by increase of activity of nuclear heating plant approximately by 3 times. At skilled fishes the morphological structure of a liver is broken.

Abstract
Objectives were to study the pharmacogenotyping test significance of ABCB1 gene C3435T and ADRB2 gene Arg16Gly polymorphisms in Russian pregnant women with chronic hypertension. The comparative analysis of allele/genotype frequencies of ABCB1 gene C3435T and ADRB2 gene Arg16Gly polymorphisms was undertaken in Russian pregnant women with mild to moderate chronic hypertension (N1=65) and healthy subjects on the similar periods of gestation (N2=86). The data suggest that carrying 16GlyGly+3435ТТ genotypes is associated with moderate chronic hypertension and unfavourable obstetrical anamnesis. The maternal 16ArgArg+3435СС genotypes showed association with the dose of bisoprolol. The maternal allele/genotype frequencies of studied polymorphisms showed difference in groups of newborns with normal and border-line Ponderal index during bisoprolol treatment.
