Моделирование увеоретинита и ретинопатии как инструмент изучения их иммунопатогенеза

Аннотация

Моделирование увеоретинита и ретинопатии на животных и клеточных культурах явилось важнейшим шагом на пути не только к раскрытию иммунных механизмов интраокулярного воспаления, но и к разработке методов биотерапии заболеваний сосудистого тракта и сетчатки. В обзоре проанализированы преимущества и недостатки основных экспериментальных моделей увеоретинита и ретинопатии с позиций адекватности воспроизведения заболеваний глаз у человека.
