Abstract
Statistical characteristics are submitted of the biological models of fatigue during physical activities, practiced as a technique of shuttle swimming of small laboratory animals – white mice, including with additional weighting. Possibility of its use in pharmacological researches to assess the effects of medicines on high-speed characteristics, working capacity, endurance and fatigue of animals is shown.

Abstract
In laboratory rats were autopsied pulp chamber front incisors. Observation for 30 days revealed a number of adaptive mechanisms in the pulp cutters that allow it to exist in fact in the form of chronic wounds, which can not affect the current process alterations, inflammation and regeneration, and, in turn, on the adequacy of the results at biomodeling chronic and acute pulpitis in rodents.

Abstract
Introduction of new methods of treatment of chronic warm insufficiency demands the adequate evidential base including preclinical researches on experimental models at animals. Successful approbation of several experimental models of formation of warm insufficiency at the laboratory animals allowing by means of a method of an echocardiography to investigate various options of a course of a disease, both on expressiveness of hemodynamic manifestations, and on primary defeat of departments of heart is carried out. The most effective in terms of reproducibility and intensity of the changes is the model with a permanent ligation of the left coronary artery. Among the features of pharmacological models doxorubicin model of chronic heart failure is a progressive decrease in left ventricular contractility and the development of his eccentric remodeling, whereas izadrin model is characterized by the development of a moderate heart failure, and the introduction of monocrotaline is mainly the development of pulmonary hypertension, right ventricular hypertrophy and severe right heart failure.

Abstract
Unilateral destruction of rubrospinal tract, performed in 12 rats after initial training to instrumental conditioned reflex, caused hemiparesis of ipsilateral limbs. On the second day after the operation part of the operated rats were injected intramuscularly with the solution of bacterial melanin. Comparison of periods for recovery of the instrumental conditioned reflex and recovery of hind limb balancing movements in control rats and in rats injected with melanin showed that the post-traumatic recovery period for the later group is considerably shorter than for the control group. It was shown that the acceleration of motor recovery in the study group animals was caused by protective action of bacterial melanin and by facilitation of switching of descending influences from rubrospinal tract to corticospinal. Morphohistochemical study showed that bacterial melanin stimulates the sprouting of nervous fibers and enhances regeneration in CNS.

Abstract
The peritoneum injection thresh a carp and a perch alloxan in doses from 200 and 300 mg/kg respectively causes pancreas and liver pathology. At skilled fishes the structure of Langerhans islets of a pancreas is broken, there is a degeneration of cells of a liver.

Abstract
By atomic force microscopy morphological changes of parameters and micro-relief of the blood cells in the modeling of experimental estrogen-dependent tumors of the ovary are revealed. It is shown that white blood cells are a population that reflects the development of a neoplastic process. Leukocytes transformation showed the spreading on a slide, cell surface smoothing, and increasing the size of the cell surface area. The rapidity of tumor growth accompanied the decrease of lymphocytes rigidity and its increase for erythrocytes along the cell surface. Installed features allow to predict changes in the immune activity of leukocytes in neoplastic processes.

Abstract
The catalytic and kinetic properties of aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH) have been studied in the various organs of the experimental burns injury. The boiling water burn (20%) were caused to rats Wistar under ether anaesthesia, exposure – 3 sec. The animals were taken out of the experiment on the third, seventh and tenth day after the injury. Activity of aldehyde dehydrogenase and the concentration of the protein were determined in the homogenate of tissues (liver, kidney, heart and lungs). Of primary experimental data total kinetic curve of dependence of reaction product from the time were counted kinetic characteristics of ALDH (Kt, Vmax, Vmax/Kt). It was established that the thermal injury, the redistribution of overall aldehyde dehydrogenase activity between the liver, kidneys, heart and lungs is, in comparison with the control animals: when burning the highest total activity of ALDH is observed in the kidneys, the lowest - in the lungs (3, 7 days after the injury). Decrease of specific aldehyde dehydrogenase activity was revealed in the liver and the lungs (the most expressed on a 7 days after thermal damage), reduction in the rate of catalytic efficiency of ALDH and the increase in time of reaching . Vmax of enzymatic reaction. Increase of the specific activity of the enzyme was noted in the kidneys and the heart (the maximum of the 10-th day), due to the increase of the coefficient of catalytic efficiency and affinity of the enzyme to the substrate. The fall of general and specific activity of the aldehyde dehydrogenase in the liver to 3, 7 and 10 days after the burn indicates the greatest damage to the organ with thermal injury.

Abstract
The content of calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, manganese and zinc in tissues of laboratory animals at levels of food consumption, comprising 100, 120 and 140% of the daily requirement evaluated by atomic absorption spectrometry. It is found that excess food intake metalchelates for 28 days doesn't cause their significant accumulation in an organism. Suggested the existence of specific mechanisms for the accelerated elimination of some metalchelates (manganese, copper, zinc) at an elevated level of their income in the digestive tract.

Abstract
Based on the analysis of the mechanisms of formation of the extreme conditions and their associated patterns of occurrence of fatigue in athletes new approaches of pharmacological correction of their functional state were suggested. It is shown that the elimination of asthenic signs and symptoms of sports immunodeficiency, saturation of the body giving energy substrates, the expansion of reserves regulation systems of the body is essential to the effective control of the functional state of the athletes. The particular interests to pharmacologists represent regulatory peptide compounds and giving energy substrates on the basis of the Krebs cycle metabolites.
