Abstract
The spectra of biological activity of several derivatives of malonic acid were analyzed using computer modeling techniques with the aim to identify potentially active compounds against ischemic myocardial injury. The nature of interaction between the most promising compound based on the obtained results (4-[(3-ethoxy-3-oxopropanoyl) amino] benzoic acid) and A3 adenosine receptor was evaluated using molecular docking. Thus this compound can be regarded as a perspective anti-ischemic agent.

Abstract
Development of methods of therapy in the case of patients with asthma and have a comorbid diseases, especially heart disease, requires an adequate animal model. In our design were selected Doxorubicin heart failure model and myocardial injury model. After heart damage followed by the creation of ovalbumin asthma. As a result of this work it became clear that the use of doxorubicin model of heart failure would not be suppressed because the allergic reaction caused by ovalbumin. In the course of the experiment revealed that the use of the model left coronary artery occlusion is the most effective way to create a comorbidity. Ultrasound heart investigation revealed a decrease in the basic parameters of the heart (ejection fraction, FI, SV) with a morphological study confirmed the inflammation in the airways, accompanied by an increase in the number of eosinophils and mast cells in the perivascular and peribronchial spaces.

Abstract
Modelling of uveoretinitis and retinopathy in animals and cell cultures was a key step to discovery of immune mechanisms of intraocular inflammation and development of methods for biotherapy of uveal and retinal diseases. In this review, the advantages and shortcomings of uveoretinitis and retinopathy models have been analyzed in terms of adequacy of human disease reproduction.

Abstract
By means of histological and electron microscopic analysis is studied the morphofunctional state of the secretory pancreas cells in congenital hypothyroidism. The experiment shows the development of dystrophic changes of in the animals at the age of 7 days and compensatory adaptive animals at the age of 45 days.

Abstract
Introduction of per os paracetamol in a dose of 500 mg / an individual in mix with water and from 50% alcohol to carp thresh is cause of liver pathology. Indexes of a gall bladder and kidneys of experimental fishes increase, the liver index decreases, the morphological structure of cells of peripheral blood is broken, there are changes in a leukocytic formula.

Abstract
We tested electroencephalographic characteristics of cerebral electrobiological activity in C57BL/6 mice, which received a small dose (12,5 mg/kg) of subcutaneous 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine; this induced early Parkinson illness. We showed that MPTP injection at the dose of 12,5 mg/kg did not cause extrapyramidal impairments but led to changes in the power spectrum of electrobiological activity in substantia nigra, caudate nucleus and sensorimotor cortex. We demonstrated that the most consistent feature of changes in cerebral electrobiological activity in mice with early Parkinson illness is power spectrum amplification in the range of beta frequencies. In the first twenty-four hours changes were the greatest in beta 2 band; subsequently beta 1 band became involved, the changes being particularly typical of substantia nigra and caudate nucleus. Observable EEG changes can serve as an important prognostic indicator for early diagnosis of Parkinson illness.

Abstract
The method of a nuclear and absorbing spectrometry studied the quantity of calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, manganese and zinc in tissues of laboratory animals at levels of food consumption, components of 100, 120 and 140% of daily requirement. Statistical regularities of their interrelation in blood are revealed.

Abstract
It was performed an analysis of published data on current approaches to personalize the choice of drugs for the depressive disorders treatment on the pharmacogenetic testing basis. Most antidepressants are metabolized in the liver by cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) and 2C19 (CYP2C19). The most important factor influencing the activity of cytochrome P-450 is genes encoding isoenzymes polymorphism. CYP2D6 involved in the biotransformation of most antidepressants is the most polymorphic. In humans, there are about 10 genes CYP, with polymorphisms in genes as carrier defective alleles may be functionally determining antidepressants higher concentrations in the treatment of blood and may lead to the development of adverse drug reactions. Increased risk of such reactions are observed in patients with slow metabolism of drugs, while at ultrafast metabolism of drugs plasma concentrations can not reach the therapeutic, which may lead to the therapeutic resistance formation in the treatment of depression .
