Abstract
The results of comparative analysis of physiological processes dynamics, which associated with animal and human different functional states, discussed in this article. Indices alteration of respiratory and cardiac activity in rest and electrosleep after physical activity in human and laboratory animals had similar tendencies and had been characterized with pattern likeness during changings one state on another one. The similarity between human and animal have allowed consider laboratory animals as valid model for approbation of initiation and modulation of functional states of nervous system techniques, including the low-frequency rhythmical electrical stimulation.

Abstract
In this research the technique of X-ray imaging of the respiratory department of outbred rats by administration of the contrast method "dry" insufflation was first tested. The usage of this method allows you to bring in a powdery substance in the broncho-pulmonary device rats up to the segmental bronchi fully, distributed evenly between the right and left lungs. The injection of barium sulphate (brought in dose of 100 mg) by the method of "dry" insufflation allows radiographic visualization of broncho-pulmonary device rats.

Abstract
Data about a prefrontal cortex activity particularly it prelimbic division at conditions of depressive syndrome are controversial. Sources of discrepancies are different syndrome duration or registration of activity in cortex superficial or deep layers. We evoked behavioral depression by chronic inflammation of back skin or by decreasing of monoamine levels in brain after reserpine administration in experiments on rats. It was explored the glutamatergic synaptic transmission at 2/3 and 5 layers of prelimbic cortex on brain slices of rats with depressive syndrome. The most significant alterations of synaptic transmission at 2/3 layers at condition of behavioral depression are increasing of amplitudes of NMDA component of field EPSPs and inhibition of long-term potentiation expression. In 5 layer of cortex it was detected decreasing amplitudes of field EPSPs for account of inhibition its AMPA components and inhibition of long-term potentiation expression. It may be to think that decreasing of activity of output neurons of 5 layer of medial prefrontal cortex and violation of connection of cortex with limbic structures bases of depressive syndrome.

Abstract
Objective - to determine the main mechanisms for the regeneration of myocardial ischemic damage after using allogenic biomaterial. The rabbits were performed ligation of the anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery. After 5 days in the intramyocardial ischemia zone injected allogenic biomaterial, resulting formed connective-muscular reclaimed, with a predominance of muscle tissue. It was found that the products of biodegradation of the biomaterial profibrogenic suppress the activity of the cells, stimulate angiogenesis and regenerative capacities of the myocardium. Cardiac myoprogenitor cells differentiated into mature cardiomyocytes.

Abstract
Alloplant biomaterial (ABM) was implanted into the myometrium defect of the rat’s uterine horn. As a result of that procedure full-blown structural regenerate consisting of leiomycyte clusters and interlayers of the fibrous connective tissue was being formed. Regeneration invoking M 1 macrophages of the mesenchymal origin containing glyscosaminoglycanes was taking place. In the control group there was revealed a deficit of macrophages with the formation of the rough scar in the defect zone when ABM hadn’t been used. The morphological investigation was carried out with the use of histological (hematoxylin and eosin stain as per van Gieson), histochemical (Hale’s stain) and immunohistochemical (vimentin, CD68, IL1, FGF1, TGFβ1) methods.

Abstract
The effect of colistin on the electrical activity of the small intestine and microbiota was studied. The electrical activity was recorded by electrodes implanted in the muscle layer of the rat jejunum. It is shown that the intragastric administration of colistin for 7 days did not result in disruption of generation of the migrating myoelectric complex in jejunum that was accompanied by minor modifications of its microflora with marked changes in the quantitative composition of microflora in the cecum.

Abstract
Modern technologies of regenerative medicine do not take into account the presence and intensity of the tonic protective reflex that occurs in response to injury. The distraction osteosynthesis can be used as a model of its interaction mechanisms. Objective of research is analysis of the dynamics of spontaneous electrical activity of muscles of the shin of experimental animals, lengthen by the method of distraction osteosynthesis, as the electrophysiological marker of the tonic protective reflex. The dogs shin lengthening causes the appearance of spontaneous fibrillation and fasciculation potentials in the electromyogram of muscles at rest, which intensity changes with time depending on a stage of distraction osteosynthesis and reflects the intensity of motion units restructuring processes and their involvement in the protective tonic reflex.

Abstract
Our research shows the results of morphological changes of the myocardium in WAG/Rij rats after they were administered the maximum dose of dopamine in a single injection (in dose 10 mcg/kg). One day after the injection hemostasis and lymphostasis were found in both large and small blood vessels. Inflammatory infiltrations of macrophages, lymphocytes and mast cells were observed to gather around the blood vessels. The unchanged cardiomyocytes structure and cross striation of the myofibrils testified to the cells maintaining their morphofunctional characteristics. In a month, as a result of the destruction of the myofilaments the cardiomyocytes cross striation disappeared. Moreover, strongly pronounced pathomorphological changes in the blood flow was observed, the main consequences thereof being ischemia of the myocardium and, consequently, the wax-like necrosis of the myofibrils leading to the death of cardiomyocytes and to a contractility disorder of the myocardium.

Abstract
Antihypoxic activity was studied of new compounds of aminoethanol with butanediol and trans-ethylene-1,2-dicarboxylic acids (FDES) on the model of acute normobaric, hemic and histotoxic hypoxia. Antihypoxic effect FDES (dose 50 mg/kg and 75 mg/kg) was superior to the effect of citoflavin (dose 75 mg/kg and 600 mg/kg) and was comparable the effect of amtizol (dose 50 mg/kg).
