Abstract
The calculation algorithm of variability and size of current flow during micropolarizing impact on the set structures of a brain relying on earlier developed mathematical model of spreading of current in case of transcranial micropolarization for the stereotaxis coordinates is offered. The offered algorithm and mathematical model are developed taking into account the physical characteristics and methodical features of application of a method of micropolarization determining its efficiency for optimization of a functional condition of a brain is normal also in case of pathology.

Abstract
Submitted by the whole specialized multicomponent complex of sports nutrition for martial athletes consists of three modules - basic, pre-workout and relaxing. In preclinical studies examined particular influences on the workability and emotional well-being of laboratory animals of several herbal tonic and sedative drugs, which allowed them to justify the inclusion of functional food in optimal doses. Approbation of the developed complex in placebo-controlled study on athletes-taekwondoists showed that 4 weeks of acceptance of functional food against the backdrop of the training process is accompanied by more intense (compared with controls) increase physical performance and functional reserves. While there is optimization of processes of regulation of autonomic functions and processes of recovery. Use relaxing module functional food does not have any negative influences on the functional state of the central nervous system of the athletes.

Abstract
The aim of the study was to develop a model allowing simulating the strength training in mice. The grip strength index of forelimbs was chosen as criteria of assessing. Two models with a body weight exercise were compared. The study found that used training modes allowed significantly (14%) increase the grip strength index of forelimbs of laboratory mice and lead to an increase in the number of repeats in the approaches in more than 2 times. The most optimal and effective training regime recognized three times a week.

Abstract
The effect of the model of light desynchronosis on the physical endurance of the experimental animals was studied. The light desynchronosis by continuous fluorescent lighting for 21 days was modeled. Level of physical endurance was determined by the swimming of laboratory animals. The light desynchronosis caused reduction in physical endurance. Reversion of normal lighting was resulted to recovery. It is proposed to assess desynchronosis-induced damage by physical endurance indicator.

Abstract
With the aim of establishing the usefulness of perioperative Mexidol injection for optimizing the integration of vascularized skin and fascial flap experiments in rats were performed. After common anesthesia a flap was formed on the basis of the superficial inferior epigastric artery (SIEA). And it was replanted after 90-minute period of femoral artery clipping at the point of SIEA embranchment. In experimental group after anesthesia and in two hours after the flap replantation Mexidol in dose of 50 mg/kg was injected intramuscularly. The volumetric circulation rate was registered immediately after the flap elevation, at the moment of the clip removal from the artery and for 10 minutes after the removal. In 12 days after operation the animals were euthanized. The proportion of epidermis defects (in percentage of the flap area) was determined in the digital images of the flap outside surface using the computer-assisted planimetry, and the proportion of vascular structures and extravasations was determined by analyzing the images of the inside flap surface. For histologic analysis and histomorphometry the standard fragments of flap were excised, paraffin sections were stained with hematoxylin and eosin. In animals of experimental group in comparison with control the relative area of epidermal defects and extravasations in hypodermal layer were significantly smaller (5.6 and 2.1 times respectively), but the epidermis were significantly thicker (1.5 times) and numerical density of skin appendages were significantly bigger (1.9 times). The conclusion is clinically significant angio - and dermoprotective the effect of perioperative injection of Mexidol.

Abstract
Our study of the rat model of age-related hypogonadism revealed reduced serum levels of testosterone and some its predecessors in steroidogenesis (progesterone and 17-OH progesterone). Against this background, there was an increase of estradiol, resulting in a significant decrease of testosterone/estradiol index in 2-year rats during the experiment. Systemic administration per os of recombinant human lactoferrin to experimental animals had a significant stimulatory effect on testosterone biosynthesis in 2-year-olds, restoring it to the level of physiological values in young rats. Alongside with this, there also occurred a significant decrease in serum levels of luteinizing (not follicle stimulating) hormone - by 26,4% as compared with the control group of 2 year old animals.
