Abstract
Scientific purposes in the study of efficiency and endurance of the experimental animals (rats, dogs, etc.), as well as for the evaluation of the medicinal and food resources for these processes. Hydrochannel is equipped with a house-bait, located at the side of the feed flow of the liquid. Hydrochannel is equipped with strapping scale and special sensors of movement. The system provides for establishing and maintaining a constant temperature of the fluid, equipped with video cameras support, and house-bait - capacitive sensor connected to the shutdown system pumping fluid. Automatic control is carried out by a computer, on which closed all sensor systems. Model includes mathematical and hydrodynamic rationale clear quantitative assessment of the efficiency and endurance of the animals.

Abstract
In this report was carried out a comparative evaluation of lovastatin (example of miotoxic drug) under the conditions of its administration in the study of safety in intact rats and in conditions of experimental hyperlipidemia. Have been concluded 6 experimental groups of animals receiving 36 and 180 mg/kg b.w. lovastatin administration within 2 weeks. Hyperlipidemia was made by neionogenic detergent administration of triton WR-1339. It was established dose-dependent pathological changes of miotoxic markers (elevated activity of creatinekinase in 1.6-2 times, lactatdehydrogenase activity in 1.5-2 times, serum myoglobin concentration) is qualitatively worse in tests of hyperlipidemia model. Identified some changes that require a revision of the parameters of safety assessment of drugs in this group due to accumulation of biological and toxic effects.

Abstract
Behaviour of rats with different development of hair covers during encounters on occupied and neutral territory is analyzed in the article. Hairless males are considered to display exploratory behaviour less frequently. It may be a result of less movable type of higher nervous activity of them.

Abstract
We have developed criteria for the experimental study of dental implants in the mini-pigs provide significant information on the osseointegration of dental implants in the development of complications that lead to loss of the implant. One may characterize the processes leading to the loss of the implant or the development of peri-implantitis, and to assess the distribution, extent and adequacy of the load.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the search pharmaceuticals, able to increase the organism resis-tance to hypoxia. On Wistar rats conducted trials of drugs peptide of origin and their combinations on hypobaric effect. It is experimentally established, all the studied drugs and their combinations were highly active, which manifested itself in the increase of organism resistance experimental rats to acute hypobaric hypoxia compared with control. Most active among the subjects of drugs Pept-9, Pept-10 and Pept-11, under the influence of which on the 21st day after the introduction of the life-time of the «height» in experimental animals has been extended more than in 3 times. Pept-10 and Pept-11 are not only maintained a high level of anti-hypoxia effect within 7 days after the termination of their introduction, but also exceeded the maximum rate, shown on the 21st day of research. Thus, the obtained data show that the investigational agents peptide of origin and their combinations are anti-hypoxia trials.

Abstract
Particular morphological changes in the wall of colon and small intestine have been studied in 26 patients with obturation tumorous intestine obstruction (OTIO). The dynamics in the development of morphological changes of intestinal wall were detected according to the rate of compensation of the OTIO, which lied in progressing edema, blood circulation disturbance with vessels prethrombus changes and acute inflammatory reaction. Such acute changes in the intestine wall occurred against a background of chronic morphologic changes, especially by the patients of elderly and senile age, which can contribute to the disturbance of sucking intestine function. On the base of received data can be made a conclusion about inadmissibility of realization of primary enterostomies on the height of OTIO, and realization of radical surgeries with forming interintestinal anastomosis should be done not earlier than in 3-4 weeks after elimination of ileus.

Abstract
Today, we know about 900 genetic tests which results are used extensively in medical practice worldwide. In addition to the clinical relevance, genetic diagnosis has a positive impact in economic component of patient care. In this research will discuss about some aspects of pharmacogenetics laboratory creation, and its integration into the workflow of the diversified department of the municipal hospital in Moscow.

Abstract
In the forced swimming test (Porsolt test), sensitivity to acute hypobaric hypoxia, rotarode test and "Fight of males" shows that the use of rat composition "MioActive-sports" as a feed additive increases the endurance and performance of animals at 5.2, 3.2, 7.1, 1.9-fold, respectively. Maximum values are obtained primarily by the end of the course of consumption (at 21 days of research), but a week after its completion recorded fairly good results, indicating a strong and long-lasting residual effects of the substance. Application of formulations also has on the body of rats antistress effect, does not cause aggression in behaviour that the work of a coping mechanism. In general, the behaviour of the animals during the experiment is characterized by increased motor activity and duration of washing, which is an indicator of favorable condition. Thus, the studied composition "MioActive-Sport" has a positive effect on the fitness of animals, increasing their muscle mass, which increases stamina, performance, helping to better cope with significant physical and psycho-emotional stress and achieve better results.

Abstract
Research purpose – to study aerobic capacity and role players of different skills using the cardiointervalometry. To achieve goal football players of different sports skill (the second division to level of teams of premieres of league, including players of a national team of team), all n=115 of players (age of 17-36 years, mass of a body 77,3±7,8 kg, growth 182,4±6,6 by sm) were surveyed. All examinees carried out the test with in steps raising capacity on bicycle ergometer. The initial capacity was 37,5 W and increased by 37.5 W every 2 min. The pedaling rate remained constant (75 rpm). At the same time registered HR, the cardiac rhythm and cardiointerval threshold for each football player was studied using a Polar rs800cx. By results of the carried-out testing average values of indicators of a heart rate threshold (KANP) were calculated: dispersion (variability) cardio interval SD1 (ms); capacity МКАnP (W), MoKANP (W/kg); ChSS KANP (heartbeat / mines). Were as a result defined: a) indicators of aerobic possibilities of football players of various level of skill and role according to a cardiointervalomet, than level of skill of the football player is higher, than subjects is statistically authentically higher absolute МКАnP and relative capacity of a cardiointerval threshold of MOKANP, above ChSSКАnP and mass of a body of football players; b) dispersion of SD1 (ms), at fixation of a cardio interval threshold, is on the average equal – 2,00±0,55 (ms) at all football players; c) the method allowing with high reliability (Rtt=0,97) to define aerobic possibilities of football players on the statistical analysis of variability cardiointerval is developed.

Abstract
Fluorescence spectra, fluorescence excitation spectra of tableted form of papaverine hydrochloride and drotaverine hydrochloride and spectra the drugs standards were measured and studied. It was shown that spectral characteristics of drotaverine have a long-wave shift in comparison with spectral characteristics of papaverine that could be explained by the fact that drotaverine molecule has more adjacent conjugated bonds than papaverine molecule. Correlative and multivariate statistical analysis (method of principal components) of studied drugs tableted forms spectra allows to identify the drugs with an accuracy not less than 99,99. The present research confirmed the possibility of drugs quality analysis in the presence of adjuvants.
